I am a doer. I am outspoken. I have a superhuman thirst for knowledge. I am a student. I am a natural blonde, but you’d never know by looking at me. I am a wife. I am sarcastic. I am not flexible. I am one of the most flexible people you will ever meet. I am a runner. I am a writer. I take care of people. I am a believer.
I believe in God and Jesus and the Spirit. I believe in myself, mostly because my husband believes in me more. I believe in togetherness. I believe in solitude. I believe in peace. I believe in the constitution. I believe in small government. I believe in capitalism. I believe in making my own decisions. I believe theology can do much more harm than good. I believe in healing.
I do not believe that love is an emotion. I do not believe in religion, especially that of reformed origins. I do not believe in liberals. I do not believe being a pastor should be a paid position: Jesus was a carpenter. I do not believe in Splenda. I do not believe commercials. I do not believe in pop music.
By definition of my personality, I am introverted but extremely outgoing, I remember numerical details better than pictures. I am active, energetic, loyal, and sincere. I love organization and honesty. I am sensitive and understanding, but I don’t always show it. Finally, I resist convention and social roles and will do things to embarrass you because I think it’s funny.
Maybe you will love me. Maybe you will not love me. It’s okay.
